Job Description
The Aerospace division, which is a progressive and rapidly expanding part of this major Organisations group of businesses, with offices in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands and India. Who provide high end technical and project management services to the prime aerospace companies. They are a strategic supplier to both Airbus and Rolls-Royce and, and as such are involved in some of the most challenging and exciting aerospace projects in the world including the A350XWB and A400M aircraft programmes.
They are now seeking the right individuals to join their growing aero-structures team in Bristol.
The Aerospace Senior Composite Structures Engineer will be given the opportunity to provide high quality technical input to their aerospace projects, spanning both aero-structures and aero-engines.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates will ideally be degree qualified in an engineering discipline with a minimum of a 2:1.
You will be a recognised expert in the analysis of lightweight Composite structures and have experience of leading teams to deliver effective technical solutions to time, quality and cost objectives.
Aerospace industry experience would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. A demonstrable track record in one or more of the following technical disciplines is required:·
- Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis of composite laminates
- Static stress analysis of composite structures, including bolted and bonded joints and buckling analysis
- Finite element analysis of composite laminates and sandwich structures
- Possessing aerospace experience, covering aero-structures and/or aero-engines
- Pursuing Chartership through the IMechE or RAeS
Salary Package
£34,000 - £45,000 Plus great company rewards and benefits.
