D&B hub for home shopping company

Home shopping company Findel is taking a 213,000 sq ft distribution centre at Eshton Group’s 70-acre Burnley Bridge Business Park close to Junction 9 of the M65 motorway.

The D&B facility is expected to be ready for occupation in autumn 2010. Dove Haigh Phillips and Trevor Dawson advised.
