Islamic group plans Wootton march

Monday January 4, 2010 at 9:29am
A number of groups have sprung up since this has been reported on. Some of these groups are controlled. Many are racist and are inciting violence. How much can GB take before we see running battles on the UK streets?

How do I as an individual make my views clear on the ISLAM4UK MARCH?

Do I join the thousands of (potential) UK non-Muslims at Wootton Bassett in protest against the march as it takes place?

Will I be classed as a racist?

There will be white extremists at the march (no better than Islamic-extremists) they will incite Hate, Violence etc.

We are all entitled to our own opinions and views; the question is how far we allow these to be expressed.

The divide is growing each day, what needs to be done? Who is going to do it?

This proposed ‘peaceful’ march is clearly a politically motivated campaign with a group that has links with an extremist organisation that should not be given the platform to voice its views in Wootton Bassett or any village, town or city in this country. How long do we have to stand by and watch groups such as this preach their hatred of this country and its standing in international affairs……as that is what this protest is really about. If an individual did attend to protest against this march, sadly they will be classed as racist, as this is the sorry state of affairs our country is in. The white extremists will take over any peaceful demonstration against the march and the police will class one and all protesting against it, as a ‘white extremist.’ ...

cont.. It is thanks to the many that have given their lives for this country that ensures we have our freedom of speech and movement, which gives people like Mr Choudary the opportunity to vilify our nation in such proposed actions. He should take his protest to Afghanistan where his fellow muslims are carrying out such terrible atrocities, not only against our brave servicemen and women but the other armed forces that our involved and just as importantly AGAINST their own people. The divide will grow and continue to grow in this country when the leaders of all political parties allow these actions by such groups to continue. I also find this a despicable motivated act on a town that has shown outstanding honour and grace to our fallen service personnel and the family and friends of the deceased, which has passed through their town, and if the Government, police or local authority allows this march to proceed, they should hang their heads in shame. ...

The procession of hearses and associated vehicles that we see going through Wooton Bassett periodically is not a political statement, they go through there because it is enroute to wherever they are going, people (Real British Citizens) line the streets out of respect, it is the only way they can begin to show their gratitude and respect for these brave comrades who doing their bit on the front line to protect us, the British People from extremists who want to attack and kills us. The planned march by Islamic extremists is nothing less than a deliberate attempt to 'incite racial hatred' It is time that the British Government took a hard line against these people who abuse our hospitality and goodwill. I say we should eject these people from our country without delay, they should be held without trial until they are deported. The British Government is soft and does not represent the views of the majority, they should be bold and openly state that this march will not happen....

Well I dont know if it is a victory for the British People or not, ISLAM4UK have called it off. They got a lot of publicity, we got wound up, so whose victory was it? I think they see this as their victory, but not in my view its not, the ordinary non-extreme Muslim has suffered because they will be labelled just the same as these mindless idiots. ...
