History
Gemini Forces was launched by Harry Dean In March 2008.
Harry spent 30 years in the Royal Artillery, his last two postings were to Gunner Options Advice & Liasison Service (GOALS) as SO3, GOALS was an outplacement organisation setup by the Gunners to provide help advice and assistance to Servicemen and Women who were made redundant during Options for Change (HM Forces downsizing project early 90's), after this Harry was posted as Schools Liaison Officer Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, before leaving the Army in January 1998.
Gemini Resourcing UK Ltd was established in 2002, since then Gemini have been involved in the placement of Service personnel.
In 2005 Harry was approached by his old boss Mike Nicholson to take on the running and development of The List www.thelistuk.com , however following considerable success in developing it's potential, Mike gave The List to Iain Campbell (in March 2008), the current owner of The List, this in effect lead to the development of Gemini Forces.
Gemini Forces have gone from strength to strength to establish themselves as one of the leading Military recruitment companies in the UK. They have created various groups and forums to offer different channels of advice for past, present and future Service leavers.
Neil Dean joined the team in Jan 2009 having spent 15 years in the Army. Gemini now have a team of 5 ex-Military personnel from all three services. They continue to grow and are always on the look out for talented indvidauls to enhance the team and give something back to the forces community.
